Return Policy

All grow systems can be returned for a refund. Once the item is received by the customer as per fedex tracking information, the customer has three business days to ship the item to  If 3 business days have passed before the item is shipped back to us, a fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted from the refund. For all returns regardless of how long it took the customer to return the item, a $35 restock fee is charged. Shipping costs to the customer is non refundable.

Customer must provide a tracking number and insure the product against damage for the full paid amount. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and packaging item professionally to protect against damage. Once item is received by, a refund will be issued within 3 business days. If any item is broken or damaged the cost will be deducted from the refund. You can then file a claim with fedex to have the broken item refunded to you. LED grow lights come with a 1 year warranty. Customer must provide proof of diodes not working with pictures sent to We will then ship replacement diodes to customer.

Terms and Conditions of Use-

By ordering from you absolve and hold blameless its proprietor of any potential damages including legal claims which may be caused as a result of using the proprietors products.

You must allow up to 16 business days for products to arrive at their destination, not including time the item is held in customs for overseas orders. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All packages require a direct signature by ordering party as a fraud deterent. If item is not picked up within the alotted time given by FedEx, and as a result is returned to us, customer will be held liable for all shipping and return fees.

We take the utmost precaution to ensure packages are able to endure the shipping process. If for some reason the package arrives damaged, customer is responsible to take pictures of the damage and allow us to file an insurance claim. In most cases the package will be picked up by FedEx and we will then send a new product once we verify damaged product is in FedEx posetion.

International orders can only be shipped to the billing address or the order will be cancelled. is not responsible for any customs agency siezures, delays, or import duties/taxes. is unable to control which items are on a foreign countries seizure list, and customer is solely responsible for any customs siezure. Customer is responsible for using propper step down voltage equipment when running our 110v products on 220v outlets. is not responsible for damage incurred to product when product is improperly plugged in to a 220v outlet.
